What I Choose to Share Matters
As LU Wellness grows, I want to make room for the businesses, products and experiences I genuinely enjoy, while staying thoughtful about what belongs here and why.

I’ve always been someone who likes to share the things I enjoy.
A restaurant I loved. A class that challenged me. A product that made something easier. A place worth visiting. A small business doing something really well.
Usually, it starts with a simple thought:
Someone else might enjoy this too.
As LU Wellness grows, I’ve been thinking more intentionally about what that means here.
Wellness Is Bigger Than a Workout
When I started LU Wellness, I knew I wanted to help women feel stronger, more confident and more capable in everyday life.
Movement is a big part of that.
But wellness has never meant just exercise to me.
It’s also the food we enjoy, the places we discover, the ways we take care of ourselves, the people we spend time with and the experiences that make life more interesting.
Sometimes wellness looks like a great workout.Sometimes it’s trying something new.Sometimes it’s slowing down.
And sometimes it’s sitting around a table with people you enjoy and having a really good meal.
I want LU Wellness to have room for all of that.
Trust Comes Before Promotion
As this community grows, I know something else becomes increasingly important:
What I choose to share matters.
I don’t want LU Wellness to become a place where something gets promoted simply because someone asks me to promote it.
If I share a business, product or experience, I want there to be a reason.
I want to experience it.I want to understand it.And most importantly, I want to feel comfortable putting my name behind it.
There are a few simple questions I want to keep asking myself:
- Would I actually try this?
- Would I talk about it even if there wasn’t a camera there?
- Does it fit the kind of life LU Wellness encourages?
- Would I feel comfortable sharing it with someone who trusts me?
If the answer isn’t yes, it’s probably not the right fit.
What I choose to share matters.
Experience It First
One thing I want to bring into LU Wellness partnerships is something very simple:
Real experience.
- If it’s a restaurant, I want to experience the restaurant.
- If it’s a fitness class, I want to take the class.
- If it’s a wellness experience, I want to try it.
- If it’s a product, I want to actually use it.
- If it’s somewhere worth visiting, I want to see what makes it special.
Because that’s where the best stories come from.
Instead of simply saying, “Here’s something you should buy,” I’d rather be able to say:
“Here’s what I tried. Here’s what I discovered. And here’s what I think you might want to know.”
That’s much more LU.
Transparency Matters Too
If something I share is part of a paid partnership, gifted experience or another business relationship, I’ll make that clear.
I don’t think transparency makes a recommendation less valuable.
I think it makes trust stronger.
And if I’m going to ask people to trust LU Wellness, that’s exactly how I want to approach it.
A New Chapter
I’m excited to see where this part of LU Wellness goes.
Maybe it leads me to a great local restaurant I haven’t discovered yet.A fitness experience that pushes me outside my comfort zone.A wellness product that earns a place in my routine.A weekend away.A local business with a great story.Or a partnership I haven’t even thought of yet.
Whatever it becomes, I want the same principle to guide it:
Share what feels real. Create something useful. Build partnerships that make sense.
That’s what I want LU Wellness to stand for.
And I’m excited to see what we discover along the way.
Share what feels real. Create something useful. Build partnerships that make sense.
